**Due to current events taking place within USPS, your order may experience some longer than usual delays which is out of our control. Refunds will not be given based on late orders due to shipping time.**
Our normal shipping hours are Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM CST. Please allow 24 - 48 hours for order fulfillment. Any orders placed on a Friday, are subject to ship on Monday of the next week.
Orders take about 3-7 business to arrive anywhere in the US with our standard shipping option. You will be advised on the product page if the item you are ordering is out of stock, in that case your order will be shipped as soon as our supplies have been restocked. You have the option to select Standard USPS shipping or UPS Priority shipping. We will include tracking information for all UPS Priority shipments. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a UPS tracking number for your shipment, if applicable.
At this time we aren't set up for international shipping on our website. Please email email@example.com if you are looking to have Cap Guard shipped to a location outside of the USA.

Please note: If an order is returned to us by our mail carrier due to an incomplete or invalid shipping address being entered at checkout, there will be an additional shipping charge to the customer for the second shipping attempt. Please re-check your address at checkout!
If you're in USA, you will be charged the appropriate State Tax and will be applied to your order.
